1.) Location south of Kurfuerstendamm (City-West) Situated in the green, calm, upper middleclass district Charlottenburg / Wilmersdorf, just 800m south of Kurfuerstendamm's best stretch, site of the legendary, late lamented Café Kranzler.

2.) Location Potsdamer Platz (Berlin-Mitte)In 200m distance to our apartment location you`ll find Europe's most congested junction once in the 20s. Today, after a long sleep beeing death zone during Germany's dispartment in East and west, the Potsdamer Platz is awaked to a new charme and bustling activity with architecture of the 21st century.
This essential tourist centre just a stone's throw from the Leipziger Platz, Brandenburg Gate and the promenade Unter-den-Linden
Daimler City, Sony Center and in te long run of building constructed Beisheim Center, but also the surrounding including the buildings of the 60s of the famous afterwar architect Hans Scharoun (Philharmonie and State's Public library) and the Cultural Forum with all the museums let you feel the spirit of history and future at this place. The one who lives here, is in the thick of it.

Only the comedown of the German Democratic Republic and the fall of the Berlin Wall made this location possible to recolonize and allowed to build this, in architectural respects outstanding apartmentbuilding in the former death zone downtown Berlin. The well known Berlin Architects Nalbach & Nalbach designed modern central living with spacious rooms in a modern ambiance.
The surrounding is shaped by buildings of famous temporary architects.
